A "Two-fer" Week: Sketch 17 and Stars

I really truly did have this card pretty much done when Wednesday rolled around and the challenge was Stars! I used my Texture Boutique and Cuttlebug Stars to emboss some red paper and outlined the prongs of the stars with "Stardust Glitter" pen = one of my all time favorite scrappin' things. The Stars paper is from Scenic Route's "Liberty" Collection and the HERO Stamp from Paper Inspirations.

Sketch 17 & Seeing Stars

So by the time I got around to getting this week's sketch card going (husband is home all week and, man, does that crimp your scrappin' style.....) it was Wednesday and I swear I already had an "Any Hero" card done up and low and behold, the "stash" challenge was to use Stars! I love it when a plan comes together.
